I've seen before where this is a hoax and am looking for that information.
 
ALL oil companies import....some import gasoline and further refine it to EPA standards. Whether or not a particular US oil company imports from Saudi Arabia or not may be immaterial, given the pipeline supply to retail gas stations.  As an example, the two domestic Murphy Oil refineries in Wisconsin and Louisiana do not have the barrel per day production capacity to supply all the Murphy gas stations at Wal~Marts; so it is most likely that Murphy is purchasing from other refineries, and those refineries most likely are importing the crude oil from any number of countries.   --- SJK.
