La 39 (Judge Seeber Bridge) Orleans Parish, Monday, March 28th, 1:00 pm -
4:00 pm will have intermittent traffic closures (10 - 15 min. durations)
both directions. This is for filming of Cogan's Trade. Emergency vehicles
will be allowed to cross. Detour - LA 46 (St. Claude Bridge) DOTD
appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution
through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work
crews and their equipment.
