Man exposes himself via webcam, police say

HOUMA - A Chalmette man was arrested Friday for allegedly engaging in online
sexual conduct with a state trooper posing as a 14-year-old girl.

Michael Maggio, 30, 3406 Pakenham Drive, is charged with indecent behavior
with a juvenile, computer-aided solicitation of a minor and attempted
pornography involving a juvenile.

During the online chats, Maggio allegedly exposed himself on his webcam, and
sent nude photos to the officer, stationed in Gray, posing as a juvenile. He
also tried to get the girl to send explicit photos, police said.

Maggio is being held at the Terrebonne Parish jail in lieu of a $150,000
bond.
