Everyone
As you may already know, we need the TRO signed to stop construction. There
are TWO (2) important hearings coming up this week. When the parish issued
the TRO against Provident Judge Buckley was not available to sign. Judge
Fernandez would not sign (probably because he was not present for our
hearing with Buckley and no documents were yet available to review -- also
if he did sign without all the facts perhaps it could have been in question
-- just a guess). Once Fernandez had it he could not turn it back over to
Buckley (?). Anyway that is my understanding so I hope I am presenting this
correctly factually.  In any case we have more work to be done in our battle
against illegal permits.
 
Dates and times are preliminary so please keep posted. ONCE AGAIN WE WILL
WEAR RED.

9:30 (not sure which courtroom)
 
Please PLEASE -- keep showing up and passing the word on. This is not over
by a long shot.
