Do/can you plan to sue individually for the atrocity? If not, is being
passive toward a class action by rich class-action lawyers in St. Bernard
Parish superior or inferior to no action taken?

Secondly, what ARE the changes in the refinery town of Chalmette that you
wish initially that hasn't been focused upon this past 50 years and seems to
have gone unaddressed as well?
