This statement pretty much sums it up THAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY !!
 
James Perry says, the new housing under construction, is possible, because
they're using federal tax credits . He says they work best with multi-family
units, not for individual homes............
 
IMO, he should have continued and reminded everyone that each of the four
complexes will reap over $51,000 a month ($51,231 average) or over
$2,459,000 a year.
