Below is my letter to the TP. I seriously doubt it is printed but I thought
it drove the point home.

Now Provident will have power and water due to vandalism? Strange situation
with security guards posted 24/7 at each site. Perhaps it occurred when
security guards from two separate sites were arrested for drugs and left
their post. Hmmm. Is this a sign of the future security and management?
