[StBernard] History repeating itself?

Is this the thing at Willie Smith school?  If so, did you (or anyone) ask
about it being held on school property?  

For anyone having objections, it seems that would be the direction to head
in wouldn't it?

	History repeats or history fundamentally changes to the point of
utter
	convenience.
	
	Separate but equal or SEP-ER-ATE to superiority? (or the trite,
"cake and
	eat it too" overused cliché').
	
	Did anyone else notice the event of today in St. Bernard Parish in a
	recently past issue of the St. Bernard News? One in which a "Antique
auto
	show" was being held today? Yeah? What, in "retaliation or in spite
of" a
	classic auto club putting on its monthly classic/antique auto club
	gathering?
	
	The auto club is always open to the public so anyone can attend.
	
	In this issue being referenced, the "show" of shows is being
sponsored; it
	seems by the local chapter of the St. Bernard Parish NAACP. Yes, the
	National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.  Was
this
	necessary as a challenge to the Multi-use-mixed apartment/ghetto
housing
	being constructed in St. Bernard?  It appears to be timely in St.
Bernard as
	so many St. Bernardians are challenging the construction which is
causing
	many unnecessary angst and emotional pain.  Has the NAACP decided to
throw
	what weight it has toward support of the apartment dwelling
composition by
	exhibiting its gradual (but noticeable) presence to the St. Bernard
	community with its own events?  Is it in support or agreement with
these
	"not-so-high-priced luxury" (also known to some as "Village Sq.
North,
	South, East and West JR.)?
	
	You know, the one which a federal socialist judge wants punitive
action
	brought onto the misery of St. Bernard Parish in conjunction with
her
	Marxist views?
	
	It's almost like a Federal Offense vs. states' rights. One in which
a
	liberal agenda would be equivalent to "forced busing",  quotas and
	government interference of OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES to dictate what it is
we want
	in our community.  It's a flashback to carpetbagger days after the
civil war
	where we in the south were "forced fed" what the FEDs wanted us to
choke
	upon.
	
	Not a slap but a shovel to the face and our homeland.
	
	There is a battle ahead. We do not know in which form it will evolve
or
	escalate towards, but court is but one issue to challenge this
atrocity.  We
	need desperately to reverse the wrongs continuously smacking our way
of life
	and set future events straight to righteousness where everyone in
the parish
	is given a good and equal chance to decide the fate of its social
climate
	without political affronts to parish rule which has parish rights.
	
	For if trash dwellings are unacceptable to the landscape of a
community, it
	is the populace who should make that decision as to its direction
and how it
	wants to recovery from Katrina.
	
	However, if everyone simply reads the paper and does little, it's
the
	equivalent of the NAACP, Provident and da Judge of accomplishing a
lot.
	
	In the past, a black eye referred to either a blow to the eye, or an
	unnecessary blight upon our community. Which is being given in St
.Bernard
	Parish??
