The "Honorable", Judge Ginger Berrigan (A Yankee from the state of
"MisConsin" appointed by "Wet Willy" Clinton), also former president of the
ACLU when Willy appointed her in 1993--Who determined that the school board
of Tangipahoa was violating the Establishment Clause and permanently
enjoined the school board from opening its meetings with any prayer; whose
husband owns stock in BP  who is also known for judicial misconduct in
proceedings, bias, conflict of interest, battles before the GOP,  and other
hypocrisies? (Really not THAT "honorable".) And someone can explain to me
why she's not a "socialist?" <G>
