Well, the State of Louisiana would certainly have the right to get involved
- the question is "will they?"  The parish needs to ask.  Of course with an
election coming up, I'm sure A.G. Caldwell and Jindal would want to wait
until after they are reelected.

Well I sincerely hope so John.  I've just got an idea that Ginger is going
to hold on to this case until the things are built and people moving in and
then turn loose the case for appeal.
