Jer Responds:  The only thing that will come to Crest is crime and blight.
Remember, decay begins from the inside outward. It starts with a nucleus and
makes its way out like a tooth decay, termites or rot. Starts inwardly and
silently unnoticeable until one day, you see the horrific damage done and
there is little to be done, but tear it down. It's most often too late
thereafter for any options.
