All this article proves is no one in St. Bernard Parish Govenrment had
anything to do with getting Mr. Halum to invest in the property.  As he even
stated he had been trying to acquire the property for a while.  But of
course it's election time, so you need to stick every possible feather in
the old campaign hat you can, or in the least make people think you've done
something.
