Pitiful Pearl (also known as ObamaLama has a great idea to neighborhoods:

 

Take your neighborhood's po' Neighbor who lost his/her job and had to
foreclose on the bank mortgage loan and make a ghetto out of your
neighborhood with more RENTALS.  This way, you'll LOVE the family atmosphere
and lack of home-owner's pride most of you enjoy to transients who come in
at an alarming 1-2 times a year with gangs of illegitimates of any degree,
snot-nosed kids who love your neighborhoods after dark, and allow unkempt
properties with broken windows, etc..

 

You know, much like the great idea of the apartment ghetto dwellings
springing up around St. Bernard, but of course on a smaller scale in size,
but certainly, not quanity. It starts in Detroit, and moves around the
states with ObamaLama's passion and glee.
