[StBernard] Flooding: "Worst is over" Nola, Southshore

"The worst is over" for Metro New Orleans from Tropical Storm Lee, in terms
of flooding potential, according to forecasters.  WWL-TV Meteorologists Carl
Arredando and Laura Buchtel say dry air from the west is now filtering into
the storm, killing off the heaviest rain formation much of South Louisiana.
