You nailed it about Bayham.  I can specifically remember in the last
election when he was running against Reed Henderson for this same State Rep
race there was an article in the newspaper where Bayham said he was living
out of his car because he didn't have a home or a place to live.  It was
only recently that he got a job working for Taffaro as a grants researcher
or something like that.  Based on what I'm hearing Bayham doesn't have a
dime to run.  Who knows, maybe it's Taffaro that put him in the race.

Besides, Bayham has touted himself as a "political-campaign consultant" who
has worked in many New Orleans inner-city campaigns for black, liberal
candidates, i.e. Democrats.  For someone who promotes himself to be a true
conservative, he seems to have no problem working for liberal, black New
Orleans candidates.  True Republican consultants never do anything with
Democratic candidates.  Bayham all his life has been a pure political beast
who has either worked for a politician or in the public trough.  Does
anybody know if Bayham has EVER held a regular job in the private sector for
any length of time?  I know he's never been married and has no children.
Does anyone know if he's ever purchased his own home?  Hard to vote for
someone who cannot possibly relate to the daily responsibilities everyone
else has to face.
