BRAWLIN IN DA PARISH

World Class Professional Boxing

October 14, 2011- First Bout 8pm

Leslie Bonano Inc. and The Fight Guys proudly announce that they will be
returning World Class Professional Boxing to St. Bernard Parish on Friday,
October 14th, 2011. Doors at the Sigur Center, 8245 West Judge Perez Dr.,
Chalmette, LA, will open at 6 p.m. and the first bout for the event,
"BRAWLIN IN DA PARISH," is scheduled for 8 p.m. Bonano is a long time boxing
promoter and is no stranger to St. Bernard. His last production featured
World Rated Light Heavy Weight Jerry Celestine in a 10-round battle-royale
vs. Jerome Clouden. Real St. Bernard Boxing Fans should remember the glory
days when the Jerry Pellegrini and Billy Fleetwood brought real excitement
to the ring.

The Main Event is guaranteed to keep fans on their feet throughout the
scheduled for 10-rounds of Super Heavyweight action. Bobby "BO-BO" O'Bannon,
from Mobile, AL weighs in at 270 pounds, which is carried on a 6'5" frame.
His opponent, Raphael "The Cajun Connection" Pedro, who fights out of Golden
Meadow, LA, stands 6'7"tall and weighs 265 pounds. Born in Cuba, Pedro
sports a record of 20 wins (14 by KO) with 9 losses (2 by KO) and 1 draw.
His trainer is former World Champion Kennedy McKinney. O'Bannon has won 11
fights (11 by KO) against 4 losses (3 by KO). As evidenced by his prior
appearances on the Gulf Coast, O'Bannon punches with the speed of a
Middleweight, and he will go toe-to-toe with an opponent until one of them
is knocked to the canvass. Both fighters have a large local following, and
it is anticipated that their fans will scream and stand until the end of
this epic battle.

Featured on the card will be West Bank Boxers Sydney "Ginger" Le Blanc and
Jamond "Doo Wop" Bourgeois. Gretna Female Heavyweight and former MMA
Fighter Le Blanc (0 wins, 0 losses and 1 draw) blasted her way into the WIBA
Rankings by battling #6 ranked Tiffany Woodard to a majority draw at
Hollywood Casino. Bourgeois, a Harvey Middleweight, sports a record of 4
Wins and 1 Loss. In his last outing, he scored a unanimous decision over
Vincent Burkhalter at the Mississippi Casino. Both combatants are trained by
Coach Toby Wattingley.

A top Louisiana Boxer scheduled to appear on the card is New Orleans Area
Super Middleweight Prospect Marcus McDaniel. McDaniel (5 wins, 0 losses) is
being trained by Ronald, "The Cobra," Weaver and former Champion Percy Pugh.
St. Bernard Parish fans remember Pugh from his classic battles with The
Fighting Barber Pellegrini during Boxing's Glory Days. Undefeated Baton
Rouge Middleweight Travis Scott, Jr. (8 wins, 0 losses) is also scheduled to
fight.
