Although one may receive an Alliance endorsement, one "may not use the name
and/or logo in any paid-for means of communication without the express
written permission of the Chairman of the Board of Directors"
 
I received an an endorsement for Council District A but cannot afford the
fee of $2500 for the marketing fee.
