St. Bernard Recreation Department Biddy Basketball registration through Nov.

Parents of children between the ages of 5 and 14 can register their child
with the St. Bernard Parish Recreation Department for Biddy Basketball
through Sunday, November 6. The Recreation Department is open weekdays from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Government Complex at 8201
W. Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette. However, parents are encouraged to
register ONLINE 24 hours a day at www.sbpg.net <http://www.sbpg.net> .

The Biddy Basketball registration fee is $50 per participant. An additional
$15 late fee will be charged to any registration taken after Sunday,
November 6. No registration will be taken after Thursday, November 10 at 4
p.m. The age group for the Biddy Basketball league is determined by the
child's age on August 31, 2011.

 

The next sport that the Recreation Department will register for is 2012
Soccer for children ages 5 to 14. The age group for soccer is determined by
the child's age on March 1, 2011. The soccer registration fee is $50 per
participant. Soccer registration is being accepted now through January 27,
2012.
