While I can agree with outlawing texting and using a hand unit while
driving, I find it absurd to outlaw using hand-free devices (which has been
suggested).  If that is case, then they must also make it illegal to talk
with a passenger in the vehicle while you are driving - because that is even
a greater distraction.
