Voter Registration- St. Tammany Parish now requires not only deed/title,
electric  bill, but also the persons drivers lic or state ID in order to
have a  homestead exemption. 
 
Question- who is really verifying that a person has the right to vote since
no one verifies the place of residence at the poll.  
What's stopping those outside of St Bernard voting in another parish. No
check and balances.
