WWL TV has the video. It's still grainy but it sort of looks like it was
taken inside a bldg.

The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office has blurry home surveillance
footage
that depicts members of an all-terrain vehicle crime ring that has
snatched
more than 15 four wheelers in St. Bernard the past several months,
Sheriff-elect James Pohlmann said on Thursday. Sheriff's detectives
are
asking the public's help in identifying the men from a theft earlier
this
month on Heights Drive in St. Bernard.

The ATVs, some worth as much as $10,000, have been stolen mainly in
eastern
St. Bernard and are being transported and sold in other parishes,
according
to Pohlmann.

Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Bernard Sheriff's
Office at
504.271.2501 , or Crimestoppers at 504.822.1111
. If
an arrest is made, callers could be eligible for a reward.

In an separate matter, a Chalmette man on Wednesday surrendered
after the
Sheriff's Office on Tuesday released a bank surveillance photo of a
man
purportedly using a stolen debit card at an ATM machine in St.
Bernard.

Sheriff's detectives allege Alexis Martinez, 33, snatched a purse
from a
newlywed couple's vehicle on Dec. 10. The victims were married
earlier that
day, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Martinez, who denied stealing the card, was booked with auto
burglary and
attempted theft after he surrendered in the company of an attorney.
