Before I get excited (happy)  -- do you mean SBA as in SBA loans?  
 
I agree with you when you said "when you do what you are suppose to, you get
screwed over".  Everything about Katrina was handled improperly.  But,
that's all over now.  A nightmare never to be forgotten.

How come when you do what you are suppose to, you get screwed over ?  I paid
flood insurance for years & because of that what I received from it, was
deducted from what they were giving out.  BUT if you didn't have it, you got
the whole 150,000. I used the money that was given to me to rebuild my
house. Now FEMA is forgiving money that was given out even though you didn't
use it for what it was intended. Am I going to get money for doing the right
thing ? NOT !
