how can you say they won't contribute???   they will have all kinds of
welfare, foodstamps, state generated child support, and on top of that---the
money they will generate from drug dealing, prostitution, thefts, robbery,
and on top of that ---all the money donated to the parish & state in bonds,
fines, atty fees, restitution totals, and then all the money generated from
social security & welfare from grandmas & aunties raising their kid's kids.
I mean there is a whole other world of moneys to be made!!!

	These people will contribute *nothing* to the parish.  They won't
have $$s
	to spend and contribute to the economy.
