[StBernard] Planning Commission Recommendation on Chalona Drive Zoning Change

The Chalona Drive zoning change application is back on the Council Agenda
for Tuesday's 7pm meeting, even though the Planning Commission discussed
more time needed to follow proper procedures.  View at around the 8 minute

The Office of Community Development recommended denial.  Discussion included
lack of zoning for proposed use as a micro brewery for a perspective tenant
in the warehouse on the Chalona Drive property and assurances that a future
ordinance would allow micro breweries in "C1" neighborhood commercial.  In
the end, the Planning Commissioners voted to send the recommendation to the
council as " No Recommendation."
