[StBernard] House votes to trim one-time cash from budget; sends $25 billion budget to Senate

It did not make the news clip on Channel 4 news, but during the news
interview Garofalo held up two Jindal campaign brochures, one from 2011 and
the other from 2007.  Both had direct quotes from Jindal promising to end
the spending ways of the past where one-time funds were spent.  It sounds
like all Garofalo is doing is helping the Governor stick to his word...and
it's about time someone held the state to more being more responsible.
