My friend's daughter rented a house in BVS at $1000 and was in it only 3
months when a foreclosure notice was delivered addressed to the owner.
Obviously the landlord knew he was severely delinquent but rented the house
anyway.
 
So now they are out their deposit and must move.
 
Both are a nice young couple, no kids -- even paid rent in advance when
landlord asked for it (they are young and he really took advantage).
