why do the spreadsheets  (in the council agenda links) base this revenue
only on households?
 
also, if only the residents are going to pay $55 a month, then what about
the SBPG employees who do not reside here? maybe they should take a $55 a
month pay reduction.

and especially items 36 and 37.  There's a .doc file and a couple of excel
spreadsheets.

I don't see anything where it mentions reducing the president's salary.  He
needs to sacrifice too!
