just out of curiosity---who owns these firms that are being used---also, why
aren't they using firms within the state, or even the parish?  just
wondering!  *~*

IDK, but wondering if "they" have already decided what the 'master' plan
will be.
 
What happens if your house, your neighborhood, is rezoned?do you get to keep
your house?
 
If your house is "R-1" residential and "they" decide the area is best
re-zoned commercial or industrial or some other thing "they" may think up,
do you have to move?do "they" purchase your house or do "their" friends?or
do you have the option to stay in a house in the midst of
commercial-industrial?
