St. Bernard Parish Tropical Storm Isaac Update #7 (8-30-12)

Free meals given away

 

USAR - Members of St. Bernard Parish's Fire Department and the St. Bernard
Swift Water Rescue Team with deploy to Tangipahoa Parish to aid with the
rescue efforts as part of Louisiana Search and Rescue Team 1 from the New
Orleans Region.  The team with aid with the search and rescue efforts in the
event the dam at the Tangipahoa River breeches.  

 

Hot Meals - Operation Blessing will be serving hot meals at 6:00 p.m.
tonight at 7451 West Saint Bernard Highway in Arabi (former Winn Dixie).

 

Banks - Gulf Coast Bank located at 1801 E. Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette
will open at 9:00 a.m. Friday, August 31st

 

 

Parish officials will continue to provide updates to the public as time and
resources allow.
