Parish employees assist Plaquemines Parish with breaking the levee 

 

St. Bernard Parish Government employees  assisted Lake Borgne Levee District
in breeching the back levee in Braithwaite in an effort to provide flood
relief to Plaquemines Parish resident.  Nick Caly of Lake Borgne Levee
District thanked President David Peralta for allowing the parish employees
to provide assistance to the levee district and to their neighbors in
Plaquemines Parish.
