2012 Man and Woman of the Year

Clifford E.J. Reuther and Diana Barcelona Dysart will be honored by the St.
Bernard Business and Professional Women as its 52nd Man and Woman of the
Year banquet on Wednesday, October 17 during National Business Women's Week.
The evening gala, which includes dinner by Patton's Catering, will be held
at the Sigur Civic Center in Chalmette. The honorees were nominated and
chosen by BPW members.

Since 1928 National Business Women's Week, a nationwide event, has honored
the contributions of working women. The gala is one of several local BPW
events. Other activities include celebrating the club's founding at its 6
p.m. meeting on Monday, October 15 at Associated Terminals of St. Bernard,
which will include naming the 2012 Model Working Women. Members will join
the community on October 20 at Torres Park for the St. Bernard Susan G.
Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, following the BPW memorial service for
deceased members at Liberty Bell Plaza at 7:30 a.m. For information about

The Man and Woman of the Year Gala begins with a cash bar at 6:00 p.m. at
the Sigur Center, 8245 West Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette. The banquet
commences at 7:00 p.m. and the awards program will follow the dinner.

Tickets may be purchased by check from Stitches Ink and Baby Boutique at 908
West Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette, Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to
6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For will-call ticket purchases
and sponsorship information contact Deborah Keller. Individual tickets to
the gala are $55 per person. Tables are available, as are sponsorships.
Seating is limited and no tickets will be sold at the door.

Cliff Reuther's professional career spans over 40 years in commercial and
residential real estate. He is currently managing broker for St. Bernard
Gardner Realtors. He is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association
of Realtors in its Commercial and Investment Division, as well as the
Louisiana Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. He
is a past chairman of the Metropolitan Association of Realtors Political
Action Committee.

As a member of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce, he promotes all
businesses in St. Bernard. He has served as a member and officer of the St.
Bernard Economic Development Foundation for many years and has diligently
pursued enhancing employment opportunities and the quality of life in St.
Bernard.

He has also volunteered his time as an appointee to the St. Bernard Parish
Government Appointments Review Board, the Board of Directors of the St.
Bernard Parish Home Mortgage Authority, and the St. Bernard Parish Citizens
Recovery Committee in the years following Hurricane Katrina.

Other awards he has received include Manager of the Year by the New Orleans
Association of Realtors and the Gardner Realtors' Excellence in Leadership
award.

Reuther is a graduate of Holy Cross High School and the University of New
Orleans, as well as the Realtor's Institute. He and his wife, Claudette
Arsaga Reuther, have lived in St. Bernard Parish for nearly 40 years and
reside in Arabi. They are the proud parents of Stephen Reuther and Stephanie
Reuther Sakla.

Diana Barcelona Dysart is a native of St. Bernard Parish and first
distinguished herself in high school where she was named Miss Andrew
Jackson. She holds a B.A. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and
was graduated from Louisiana State University with a Masters in Education
Administration and Supervision.

Dysart has devoted herself to the field of education, first as a teacher and
then as an elected member of the St. Bernard Parish School Board for
District 7. She holds the distinction as the school board's first female
president and has held that office, as well as vice-president during her
terms. She has also served as a director for the Louisiana School Boards
Association.

She has chaired the local March of Dimes and American Cancer Society
campaigns and serves on the board of the St. Bernard Economic Development
Foundation and Nunez Community College Foundation. Among her memberships are
numerous educational related professional associations

Her service to the community has been recognized by the Italian American
Society and the St. Bernard Chapter of the American Red Cross, and she has
even been crowned queen of the Krewe of Lourdes. She is a volunteer teacher
of religious education at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.

Dysart is currently project manager for Global Risk Solutions, and president
of Suburban Title Company. She has been married for 34 years to Judge Daniel
L. Dysart. They have four children (Cori Dysart Gagnard, and Katie, Daniel,
and Christopher Dysart.) The Dysarts also have four grandchildren and reside
in Chalmette.
