Sidney pay his court filing fees to the mess with Provident, why would
anyone want to deal with these folks?

	Orleans from Sidney Torres IV's company SDT Productions, LLC. It
alleges
	Peralta owes it about $118,000 for various campaign commercials it
produced
	and put on local television stations during Peralta's parish
president
	campaign in fall 2011.
