[StBernard] Humana Health Inurance Denied for St. Bernard Parish

Humana has denied St Bernard  Parish residents from being able to have the
Medicare HMO policy for 2013. They state we don't have enough doctors here. 
 
Our local hospital will not recognize any Humana insurance after the 1st.
The reason is probably that our hospital will not accept the terms for the
discounts for services.
