PUBLIC NOTICE

St. Bernard Parish Government has received a number of inquiries about a recent mailing entitled “Deed Processing Notice.”  Parish President David Peralta wants to clarify that St. Bernard Parish Government is not in any way affiliated with this company and he urges citizens to read the notice very carefully.  Citizens should specifically read the disclaimer in the lower portion of the mailing.  President Peralta also wants citizens to know that there is no government requirement for someone to have a copy of the deeds to their property.
