[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish Council likely to introduce amendments to 2013 budget

They are in the hole & want to give emloyees a 2 per cent raise ? !  Someone
doesn't know how to balance a budget. Federal employees, retirees & social
security recipients had to do without raises for 3 years and when we finally
got one, it was only 1.7 per cent. And that included the military. I think
they need to re-think this.
