I'm sure most of us would just about kill to be able to have medical
insurance with 100% of the premiums paid by our employers!

	I totally agree.  Who is doing the budgeting,  State employees have
not had
	a raise in 4 years and we don't get 100% insurance coverage.  So
whats up
	with that?
