ST. BERNARD MANOR HOLDS DEDICATION CEREMONY

 

            Officials with Christopher Homes and the Archdiocese of New
Orleans held a dedication ceremony of its senior apartment complex in
Meraux.  The St. Bernard Manor, located at 2400 Archbishop Hannan Blvd.,
welcomes seniors 62 and over and persons with disabilities to join the
apartment community.

 

            St. Bernard Manor is managed by Christopher Holmes, Inc. and
offers affordable rent, coin operated laundry, on site management.  Rent at
the facility is based on income and the maximum yearly income for a family
of one is $21,150 and for a family of two $24,150.00.  St. Bernard Manor
offers spacious, unfurnished studio and one bedroom apartments.  

 

            Archbishop Gregory Aymond and Parish President David Peralta
were on hand for the dedication along with many other state and local
officials, business leaders and pastors.
