I would suggest all parents of St Bernard Parish have meetings regarding
there young/grown children with substance abuse problems. If "we" are
educated in the meaning of "enabling" we can start the process of the using
important tools to cope with the long road of substance abuse and the
lifestyle it brings.  I personally would like to have something like this
for "parents" of St Bernard that is dealing with these problems in there
home until that person is in trouble with law enforcement. Which then starts
its no longer in the home and kept under the rug per say.
