The Times-Picayune last night posted a story from the council meeting. The
grandmother of the 4-year-old boy who died from the amoeba was there. Also,
within the article, it has a copy of the PowerPoint presentation that Dave
Peralta gave at the council meeting - has a timeline of government/DHH
coordination and action to date:

It also lists various petitions that are being circulated. The grandmother
was upset because she feels parish isn't taking responsibility as she feels
the parish is to blame for Drake Smith Jr. contracting the infection while
visiting Violet. Smith's father, Drake Smith Sr., grew up in the parish
