Woman dies after being struck by two vehicles in St. Bernard Parish

New Orleans -- Louisiana State Troopers are investigating an incident where
a woman was killed after being struck by two vehicles. The incident occurred
Sunday around 8:45 p.m. on St. Bernard Hwy near Allo Mumphrey Dr. in Violet.
The woman's identification will be released once family members are
notified. 

Police say that the woman was stuck by a car before being run over by a dump
truck. The driver of the car pulled over and stopped but the driver of the
dump truck continued traveling on St. Bernard Hwy.
