No Fear Intervals holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 
 
No Fear Intervals held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, November 22nd at
3000 E. Judge Perez Drive in Meraux.  The owners Justin and Jamie Reyes were
joined by St. Bernard Chamber members at the 5,000 square feet facility
which features free weights, bars, medicine balls, climbing ropes, punching
bags and much more.  All surrounded by an indoor track with music to keep
you moving.  There is also a kids playroom for children 10 months and older
so even a busy mother can get fit.

No Fear Intervals is for someone whose goal is a workout with intensity and
NOT the usual.  Classes consist of a one hour group exercise program that
combines cardio, strength training and core exercises to deliver a perfect
full body workout.   Every individual receives personal attention from a
personal trainer.  

Classes are held Monday thru Thursday at 5:00 a.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m.,
6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.  To learn more
