[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish Hospital to have one-time 30-mill tax on April ballot

I am tired of the politicians raising taxes on homeowners every time extra
cash is needed. They believe that homeowners are an unlimited pot of money
to take from as they see fit. First it was more tax for the Fire department,
then the police department, now it's the hospital. It will not stop until
people keep voting these increases, and the thieves who support them down.
They will have to reduce expenses like we do, or find another way. 

I am tired of property tax increases every year.
