Clearly a liberal perspective.  However, what this entire articles FAILS to
take into account is the purpose of the proposed amendment isn't just to
rectify the so called "urban myths" pointed out in the articles, but to
"prevent" inequality" between citizens and those in the government for
"future" actions government members will take to place themselves above the
citizenry.  But nice try.

But I'll add what I label as the liberal comeback argument..."what does it
hurt to pass this amendment?"
