ST. BERNARD PARISH, La., March 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- St. Bernard
Parish Government (SBPG) has become the most recent government agency to
hire AmeriBid LLC to auction properties located throughout St. Bernard
Parish, LA. Over recent years, AmeriBid LLC has been a leader in marketing
the auction of municipal properties. These 135+/- structures and development
lots will sell absolute to the highest bidder regardless of price with NO
MINIMUM and NO RESERVE, at a one day auction event to be held on Saturday,
April 12, 2014. The Auctioneer is Steven Mathis with Tulsa-based AmeriBid
LLC, in association with broker Paul A. Lynn, CCIM, Louisiana Licensed Real
Estate Broker.

The auction will be held at the Arabi Elementary School, 7200 Alexander
Ave., Arabi, LA. Registration begins at 9:00 AM - Auction commences 11:00

before the auction for inspection on Saturday, March 29th from 11am-3pm.

dress appropriately, anticipating a property that will not have any power

Closing is required within 30 calendar days after the auction and financing
