It's called the "Democratic Rules of Order":  pass legislation without
reading it and we'll find out later what's in it and how it impacts
us...just like they did with Obamacare - and look how wonderful that turned
out.

Perhaps the Republicans are not ideal, but this is a good example of why our
elders came up with that old saying "the lesser of two evils."  That
certainly applies here.
