I wonder if the Franciscan Group agreement included the billing, and that's
why now we need new software? 
 
also wonder why the Franciscans left?

	Money from the new one-year tax also would be used to replace the
hospital's
	billing software, which was so plagued with problems that the
hospital was
	forced to hire an outside company to bill patients.
