check out page 15 of the recent pollution dispersion model for PAH's AND
this is only PAHs, not all the other emissions

and the explanation about why this is NOT long term exposure

PAHs are bad and the modifications at the plants include more PAHs. These
wealthy corporations could be a good neighbor and install technology to
reduce these emissions. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), also known
as poly-aromatic hydrocarbons or polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, are
potent atmospheric pollutants. Some compounds have been identified as
carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic. Naphthalene is the simplest
example of a PAH. PAHs occur in oil, coal, and tar deposits, and are
produced as byproducts of fuel burning (whether fossil fuel or
biomass).(Wikipedia)

Let us hope the emissions from the refinery are blowing away from the trail
when folks try to walk it.
