NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Louisiana
Constitution and R.S. 47:1705(B) that a public hearing of the Hospital
Service District of the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, will be
held at the Council Chambers of the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex
located at 8201 West Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, Louisiana on Wednesday,
June 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to consider levying additional or increased
millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted
millage rates after reassessment and rolling forward to rates not to exceed
the prior year's maximum.  The estimated amount of tax revenues to be
collected in the next year from the increased millage is $2,482,735.32, and
the amount of increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase is
$9,310.26.

2. 	Motion to approve the minutes of the June 10, 2014 Hospital Service
District Meeting. 

3. 	Recognize the public.

4.	Motion to receive update from CEO.

5.	Motion to revise Human Resources Policy HR-200: Recruitment and
Screening
	
6.	Motion to approve mbt Services, LLC. Agreement as recommended by the
Facilities/Construction Workgroup. 




7. Motion to levy additional or increased millage rates without further
voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rates after reassessment and
rolling forward to rates not to exceed the prior year's maximum; to go from
7.97 mills to 8.00 mills.
