I would like to know if the 8400-8500 block of Patricia St. in BVN  has been
rezoned commercial?  Some dude has fenced in what looks to be 4-5 former
residential lots with this ugly commercial looking cedar fence for storage
of construction materials, which is also stored in the house.......no one
keeps their residence in the grey brick house in the 8400 block...it  is
filled to the gills with construction materials.  It is extremely
unattractive and esthetically an abomination to the neighborhood.  What is
going on in that subdivision?
