"...Anne Rolfes, founding director of the Louisiana Bucket Brigade, a New
Orleans-based environmental health advocacy group, said lowering ozone
pollution would improve health conditions for millions of people, including
those with asthma and chronic bronchitis."
Oh, really? Can we be 100% guaranteed it will improve health conditions?
However, there is absolutely no proof nor any studies to confirm if lowering
emissions from 75 parts to 60-70 parts per billion would actually do
anything to improve health conditions. In other words, no one can prove it
would make a difference. Can anyone produce a scientific, fact based study
to prove it?
